Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for supplement products. To request a refund, contact support@protaflo.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.

For single-bottle purchases, the used bottle does not need to be returned unless customer care tells you otherwise. For multi-bottle purchases, unused and unopened bottles may be required for the eligible portion of the refund. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
